I was told I was wrong and that the bed was fine. The price was the cheapest wed seen and the service was brilliant. We ordered from Bedworld a bed frame and we had a very good experience.

Ordered sleigh bed and big mattress with gel top for my son as he suffers with his back and only a young man. We made an appointment to visit the showroom tired many toppers and mattress types and finally went with a boxspring that was at a great price with great service. Bed is lovey but bolts missing. Couldnt get hold of bed world through email or phone but went onto their live chat.
